After reading several posts and tracking some stats with the new Entrecard widget I have come to the conclusion that “Entrecard sucks”. I don’t mean to be super critical because I am not usually like that but I still have to say that “Entrecard sucks”. I had a spike in traffic on the first day because a new blog doesn’t take too many credits to advertise on. Since then, however, I haven’t had hardly any traffic.
“Entrecard sucks” because the concept itself is easy to screw with. A blogger is only going to come to your blog to “drop their card” and that is about it. “Entrecard sucks” because the traffic isn’t quality traffic and they don’t click on any ads. Another reason “Entrecard sucks” is because you can approve a blog for advertisement and then cancel right after they start their 24 hour run. You still get the credits for this.
“Entrecard sucks” so much I am going to give away my credits (I have about 90ish) to the first person who wants them. So, if you still think that Entrecard doesn’t suck you can have my credits. Just give me your email associated with Entrecard and I will shoot my credits over to you.
Update:
The Entrecard credits have been given away to Evan.
This post served a couple of purposes for me. I truly do think “Entrecard sucks” but more importantly I was testing out getting some keywords indexed by Google in a matter of minutes. You can read all about it here and here.

You just made me LMAO. We took the whole front page I think you are on position 3 and 4
@Vic - yeah I know I wanted to try out your indexing trick for myself now we just need a bunch more people to do the same thing to get the word out.
Thanks for the link. It looks like you and Vic win.
Now do a search on “entercard sucks”
@Frank C - nice one! I actually read your whole article and didn’t even notice the misspelling.

Actually, if someone cancels your ad, you get refunded for the credits.
Steve,
Thanks for the info. But, the point of this post was to get indexed within a few minutes and I was just blaring off reasons “EntreCard sucks” I wasn’t expecting people to even read it because I used the keywords so much.
I agree, entrecard is just a passing fad, like this whole “internet” thing and people who use “cellphones” instead of just getting longer cords for their real phone.
@Turnip - I don’t even think you deserve a response. You are trying to say the Entrecard idea is as revolutionary as cell phones and the internet. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of in my life and I think you should consider thinking about what you write before you do it.
You can quote me on this “Entrecard will fizzle out within a year’s time.”
Interesting…. I’ve just joined ECard.. but yeah I have noticed a spike in traffic!
Clicking on ads… well, no matter how people find you ECard or not.. if they don’t wanna click on the ads they won’t. ECard has nothing to do with that.
