Secret Google Admin Area to Get you On Google’s Front Page!

Sounds to good to be true, right? Well, according to Cash Quests this is not even close to a joke. According to this post a user can manually increase a website’s search engine ranking and get any website in the top of Google. A simple prefix is needed and you can then hit a “+” or a “-” sign and your website will move ahead a spot on the list. Well, this sounds like a complete joke, so I decided to try it for myself. I did a little bit of research and found this magical prefix (which I too blacked out). Here is what I came up with:

Wow! The Rookie Blogger has magically shot to the #1 spot in Google for “making money online”. I know it is very hard to believe, but the picture says it all. I didn’t do use any fancy search strings to get my site on top. If you even look at the top right you will notice I am logged in. I took it one step further than Cash Quests. I figured out a way to use my existing Google login information and become an admin. With this admin function I can pretty much move any website up and down the Google ladder. Now, don’t even try searching for “making money online” to see if The Rookie Blogger is still there. I decided to move it back to its original position of 10,876,345. I only had to hit the “-” button 10,876,344 times to get it back to where it was ranked in Google!

The reason I did this is because Google will surely figure out this kind of jump in just a matter of a day and ban me forever. So, instead I decided to put Cash Quests back on top again!

Now, I left out the plus and minus buttons Cash Quests had on their Google screen shot because I couldn’t find any decent buttons online to use and I got bored of looking. But, I think I proved my point. I really do hope this is just a joke to get some links over at Cash Quests. I really do enjoy the blog, but in the comments it seems like they are really playing along and denying this is a fake.  At least John Cow had a point to prove with his little fake site hack.  I just don’t see what the point is here.
